The cloud membership is unlimited cloud storage for all images in your account. This will be all the photos we take of your items when you send the box in as well as any photos you upload to your account. You have unlimited access to bulk downloads should you need to downloads images at any time. As long as your membership is active, you also have book warranty for all books created from any box order now or in the future. This means if your book gets damaged or lost, let us know and we'll replace it for you.
